1. Lawful Business Use Only
PrimoDato may be used only for legitimate internal business purposes and in compliance with applicable law, including privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, marketing, sanctions, and export-control rules.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-copy the platform outside approved export or API flows.
- Do not bypass credits, limits, authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not probe, attack, or disrupt PrimoDato infrastructure or other customer accounts.

You are responsible for any downstream use of data exported or revealed through PrimoDato. This includes honoring suppression requests, lawful outreach rules, retention requirements, and internal security safeguards.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. We may also remove data access, reduce quotas, or notify the affected customer organization.
6. Reporting Concerns
Suspected abuse or security concerns can be reported to security@primodato.com.
