Getting Started
Sign up at primodato.com and you will receive 200 free credits immediately, with no credit card required. Use the search page to filter companies by industry, tech stack, employees, revenue, and location. When you find a company you want to pursue, click Reveal to unlock the full profile including website, LinkedIn, contacts, and the complete tech stack.
Credits are how you pay for data on PrimoDato. Searching and browsing search results is always free. You spend credits when you reveal a company profile or reveal an individual contact's email or phone. The current credit cost is shown in the product based on your plan configuration. You get 200 free credits on signup, and you can buy more through top-up packs or monthly subscription plans.
Credits & Billing
Top-up credits never expire. Subscription credits included with Starter and Growth plans reset at the start of each billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds on credits already spent on reveals because the data has already been delivered. If you have unused top-up credits and want to cancel, contact support@primodato.com.
Free gives you 200 credits on signup with no monthly refresh. Starter at $49 per month gives you 500 fresh credits every month. Growth at $149 per month gives you 5,000 credits per month plus API access. Enterprise plans are custom and should be discussed with sales.
Searching Companies
Select one or more technologies in the Technologies filter. You can filter by companies using all selected technologies, companies using any selected technology, or companies not using a specific technology. That makes it possible to build precise lists such as companies using Shopify but not using Klaviyo.
Company names, domains, and contact details are masked until you reveal them. The data is there, but it is unlocked when you spend the reveal cost shown in the product to open the full company profile. Industry, employee range, revenue range, country, and tech stack tags remain visible for free.
Revealing Data
A full company reveal includes the company name, website domain, LinkedIn URL, address, complete technology stack, and all contacts associated with the company, up to 20 contacts per reveal, with name, title, email, phone, and LinkedIn URL where available.
Contact data is verified at the time of enrichment and includes a last verified date. Email accuracy is typically between 85% and 92% depending on company size and industry. Phone accuracy tends to be lower, closer to 70%. For high-value outreach, we recommend cross-checking priority contacts on LinkedIn.
Contact support@primodato.com with the company ID and a short explanation of what was incorrect. We will investigate and refund credits if the data was demonstrably inaccurate at the time of reveal.
